"Does anyone have a feeling about where the over all market is heading and especially the reits?"
My personal attitude is onwards and upwards as you will have noted from all my posts on these threads. In saying that I do not have a suggested time frame. There is no doubt that CER is oversold and undervalued. However the market is valuing the SP daily. The company value and the SP value are often quite different as we see here. The market will head towards a compromise position in due course. There will be ups and downs but I have no doubt that the ups will be more than the downs for some time. I wake up each day trying to pick the SP. (thankfull that I did wake up for another day so that is a plus right from the start). I don't always get it right but I am well ahead at this stage so I'm not always wrong. So my answer is still onwards and upwards but don't gamble or invest money you can't afford to lose if you make a wrong decision. My sentiment as allways is LONG TERM buy.
