Where did did you see that?
Lithium is very much peripheral to DEG, but their Li resource could be huge. If they are thinking of church bells then Pirra would be a logical partner. I imagine any union would need to be highly conditional, given the paucity of drill data.
Personally I think everyone should first focus on better quantifying what they've actually got.
