You raise an interesting point - when Misres first took a stake in WC8, there was speculation by some that the shareprice would go nowhere. Many of us poo-pooed that viewpoint. Unfortunately, everything tells me that those predictions are coming to fruition. I suspect that Misres will make a low-ball offer, using the current 'perceived lithium climate' to justify their offer. Sadly, I suspect that mgmt will endorse their offer.
I say 'perceived', as if there was no interest in Li, then the likes of Gina (CIMIC and Hancock prospecting) would not be investing in VUL.
Nonetheless, I'm finding the buying opportunities advantageous.
