Perhaps suggesting manufacturing & industry is tired of being shackled to the yoke of Chinas whims. Yeah, its small, but western govs are finally understanding how much is at stake to lose...it might be the unknown catalyst to address the Li imbalance.
Lets see if US industry & manufacturing start following in suite. Hopefully Australia will do likewise to support its own sectors.
as much as I hate the rhetoric and isolationist stance of Trump, its proving to be a wakeup call. If it leads to an increase in Li (or at the very least some stabilisation) and share price, that's got to be a good thing.
