I did read your post and not defensive at all. As you say this is a thread so others will reply.
i was purely reiterating what management have said over many interviews with regards to a TO, and many of these interview done after that article. Maybe best to not invest any any shares that you have so much doubt in what management say but this is up to any investor to make that choice with their free will.
Not sure your problem with CGT coz that means your making money.
A wise man once said, i rather share profits with the tax man the discuss losses with the wife.
