I'll be interested to see who tenders and what their timeframes are.

As you would know there is an acute shortage of drill rigs and personell, to the extent that some of the Major players in the O&G cannot gain access.

But then again ..... I suppose Range will convince the tenderers to let them jump the queue by around 5 years and commission a drill rig and personnel in the mosy volatile place on earth.

If it was my drill rig and my personnel I'd be sending it where it won't get blown up!
