So the story that we should all be taking away is that there is a stash of secret data held by CDU which shows that they will mine 4+% copper equivalent for at least the first 4 years?

This data has never been released to the ASX. Its never been in an Annual Report. Its never been in a quarterly report. It wasnt in the January prospectus. It wasnt in the recent Brokers roadshow presentation. Its not in the Financial numbers presented in the roadshow.

Just a few select people such as CDU management, the big 3 new investors and a handfull of HC posters have been allowed to see this data. Shareholders generally havent been shown that data. New investors generally cant see this data.

Is any of that wrong, or does it about cover the situation?
