The no MC license isn't a bad thing, why spend the money and go through 12 months of red tape when you can just use the research and development license od your buisness partners?
I don't think any Austrlaian company is at the stage of human clinical trials where as Israel and Canada are far past that.
Having a secure growing facility cost millions and millions of dollars and now that that the government is allowing the exporting of seed banks it makes lerdect sense
