People will trade in and out. Fair enough, if this announcement has real substance then it could potentially be a massive shift for FBR. Here is hoping it comes with a massive US partner, CR injection at a premium and a funding structure for the US fastbrick Americas entity so no more cash is need from FBR side.
If Hadrian 110 can land in US and actually start marketing itself in US with a CRH/DR Horton as opposed to building in Perth (recently spelt by US article as “Perch”) then people might actually know that FBR exists.
No one knows about FBR in US, no one cares that it was involved with CAT, had 13 MOUs, was going to build 5000 homes in Mexico that never happened. People that know FBR realise all this and are justifiably skeptical. They may take profits, fair enough. Need new US institutional investors, which may happen if 110 does some impressive demos in US.
