    Yes -- that was very big news, and exciting development for the region which will further facilitate trade between china and India .. good times

    Seems like this has been an incremental process and will eventally encompass all Asia Minor (the below is from 2013!) A long time in the making, understandably so given the massive scale and amount of resources required, timing is good given the recent formation of the AIIB also...
