At the risk of getting my shoes dirty by wading in to a funnymentalist thread, it should be remembered that the primary role of every broker is to make a profit for themselves, their families, dealers of all types, and mistresses/toyboys. Brokers will not assign a positive recommendation on AMP unless they see a profit in for themselves. Over the last ten years the dollar value traded and long profit for holders has been steadily trending negatively. I would doubt the sanity of any broker who would put a buy reck on AMP at this point in time no matter what Lex, or Lexie or Shaunthe say at any point in the near future.
