you are absolutely spot on. As some will recall I have tried to share what the charts were saying re AMP with some friends of mine who have a HUGE exposure with AMP stock since the $20 mark.
Even then my charts were showing $7 as the target. But the rot was so servere in the company that (as history shows) even that support could not hold the avalanche. (unfortunately that trade cost me a few cents, such is life) beats the three quarters of a mil they are down! Holy shite!! And still holding.
The fact remains however that $7 remains a key number even now and I share the following chart in the hope that it is of help to anyone who is interested.
Not hard to decipher - needless to say when a support is breached - even though it may bounce back, this is not a good sign for the future. Write THAT one down for the little black book of trading truisms hey!
