Fair question q at least we agree on something retail investors (excluding “insiders”) are not a priority except that they still hold about 55% of ogx
if a RI occurs then they will have an opportunity to back their judgement and participate or not and maintain their share of the company and any future profit
right now many will be sitting on the sidelines and watching to see who is right you or the others
if people are scared off and don’t participate their share in the company is diminished their choice
what will happen to the residual shares i will probably ask for more
empire will offer them to their Sophs
