If they could raise capital via a rights issue they imo would have attempted it before CN and other raises since the infamous 12c raise

Why hasn't Anglo jumped in with funds - rather than CN or even when they opted for the last cheap raise and directors loans ???

Unless fully underwritten imo a rights issue is a risky proposition at this point in time

Anglo have provided no financial support in recent times and now we have assumptions here that they will JV Cascavel as well
