Q -On signing a 50/50 J.V. at Cascavel -Anglo covers 1/2 of future expenses after stumping up cash to OGX to secure the deal,
presumably after 5 Mil is raised .
Clearly this significantly reduces risk to OGX & Anglo regarding CRH having security -clearly their is a plan to revamp the processing facility,
the way the sluices were set up imo was a debacle one would think R.R has a good handle on what is required like implementing
a Flotation cell within the gravity circuit why do we think R.R has been on site ?
Agree production -Gold recovery is crucial -Anglo wont sign a J.V at Cascavel if they don't see the merit & imo if they sign a exploration J.V. 
its a strong indication that a J.V. at Cascavel will follow-as said they are in cascade together -further their is just to much other potential in close proximity to Cascavel not to also have that inclusive .
time will tell .
