Yes I also believe Anglo will go ahead - as have walk away clause in place

Salt, yes potential for big boys who have been around for a while but imo not for long term retail investors who have are down 90% plus

A property may have potential and be cheap - but its wise to check if it has a 1st or 2nd or 3rd mortgage on it beyond the purchase price etc
