OK I read it one more time.
and my view hasnt changed.
it states that there is a sub-underwriter for 50 million shares.
another party has backed the underwriter to take the 50 million shares on a firm basis.
and GCR has agreed to provide them no matter what.
there will be anywhere between minimum 107m and maximum 157 new shares by the end of the options conversion.
I see no reference to any extra offer to existing holders other than their choice to convert.....
