Will any announcement be made?

Will the recent coal price rise encourage the company to take any action. Or is this recent stock price rise just related to current coal sentiment and it will eventually settle down into the previous stock price band.

Mining was put on hold due to logistics (issues with the barge not being able to operate in the river - due to water levels) and the coal price. The question to the company is what has been done about the logistics issue. There is a lot of coal in the ground and it doesn't appear that the company wants to do anything about it...
