Just remember a lot of people made a lot of money out of Newsat by doing things that are questionable.
Every NWT shareholder has been punished, so the ones that caused this also need to be punished.

A director of stockbroking firm Baillieu Hoist unlawfully sold 17 million shares that earned millions of dollars for an entity associated with his brother.
The Melbourne broker was never punished by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, despite the deal breaching market integrity laws that ban the trading of unquoted securities. ASIC allowed Baillieu Hoist to handle the matter after the firm “selfreported” the breach.
Baillieu Hoist director Stephen Macaw traded the 17 million NewSat shares to clients of the firm on the morning of 29 October 2013 at 520: apiece, generating $8.8 million for an offshore entity associated with his brother.
