I am unable to attend the meeting and hope someone would be going to press Rohan for some answers.
BTW i intend to vote against the resolution. It may be counter intuitive, but i felt at this point i have nothing to lose given the value of my shareholding. There really is no point ROG re-incarnated as some solar business (shareholders have so little information about this). All this new outfit will do is carry enough funds or revenue to fund Rohan's salary and expenses.
I rather take the gamble of pushing the company to the brink and see what else is there.
will anyone be going to the general meeting?
