Yes, it looks like a disturbing side-stepping of responsibility to me.
Yes, of course, anyone can take civil legal action, but how many people can afford the lawyer's fees? Not many ROG shareholders, certainly - we've lost heaps of dough.
ASIC is meant to protect investors, small and large, I thought, not just tell them to go and get a lawyer.
P.S. shouldn't it be resolutions 'passed' - not 'past' in the ASIC statement??
