No doubt if someone stepped up for 40m KIK now we would 50c very quickly - but I doubt the ANZ would consider this. Even if they were found to have wrongly sold the Opes clients shares I would bet that they would just rather settle with cash and not try to chase stock. To messy for them and obviously they have absolutely no idea on how to manage an equity portfolio anyway.
