Here are the invoice/shipping dates for the stock sent to Inviro as uncovered in the court case and published in the judgement (point #100):

Inviro's order for 2000 units of product was shipped from Fremantle in four consignments (which contained some additional units):

(1) 576 units on 31 March 2006 under invoice 63
(2) 640 units on 7 April 2006 under invoice 66

(3) 480 units on 22 April 2006 under invoice 70

(4) 325 units on 6 May 2006 under invoice 71.


Here is a quote from a company newsletter dated December 9, 2005:

"We have already seen our first full shipping container of product delivered to South Africa and another will leave within weeks"

I think the company should be required to explain this, and somebody prosecuted if the December 2005 is not true.
