Warragamba Dam in the Sydney catchment was built in 1960, population in wider Sydney region 2.13M, same region population in 2015 3.92M. Yes some other dams have been added since 1960 but not to the scale of Warragamba. If the political elite advocates really believe in climate change they have done very little (albiet desal plant) to mitigate the impact. Running out of water a distinct possibility!
Rather than churn out all those unproven climate models start spending the money where it will do most good regardless of the perceived cause. Reducing CO2 will not increase rainfall!
