I agree Cleaver1, Piedmont will looking to de-risk their environmental approval issues and leverage their relationship with Tesla. I would suggest however their maybe other interested parties given AZL's great location and therefore what would be nice is an early biddy war before the proposed Bigsandy drilling results come in later in 2022. Fun times.
