Trador - I think yes - explains why AGO's share price also went up - despite the dilution the market knows it was a very sweet deal.
The big question is IF AXO management could have arranged finance. Some might say mgt took the less risky and easier way out to ensure their options didn't expire worthless. As disapointed as I am they didn't go it alone we'd all be very unhappy if AXO's shares were still hovering around 28c - while the Chinese continued to play hard to get. Nothing like a solid offer on the table to attract some genuine competitive tension and flush out any other serious bidders. The next few weeks could get interesting IMO....
