will bank dividends be reduced

Many people are talking about how cheap on historical levels bank stocks are at present but has any taken into account future reduced dividends.

I am surprised that none of the big banks (yet -altho I stand to be corrected) have released any guidance on future earnings.

I reckon some of them have lost a few bucks.

i have no exposure to banks yet but am getting tempted. Would appreciate others thoughts
