I read an article on Business Spectator re dire financial situation in Ireland. It's incredible how over-leveraged evrything became and i expect all the PIGG nations to default .... sooner or later. Sold half my stake in WBC today. Taking into account divs and ffr credits made a small profit. The article was enough for me to remind myself GFC far from over. Overall, i am reducing my long portfolio as feel situtaion is uncertain and risk-aversion my first priority. Still holding a largish short position in WES.... as insurance.
