Well observed. Been wholesale/professional buying over past week IMO. Large buys going through and sell side was capped until the big sell at 0.13 was lifted.
Similar buying seen on VEC IMO and MW and Otsana tweeting.

In addition, massive lithium bull raging, e resource that's longer and wider than first thought and open at strike on both N/E and S/W directions. Same geology as AVZ according to James Sullivan (and no geo would know them both netter than him). plus it is next door to AVZ where drilling is imminent. But a smidgen of the market cap. AVZ should run into drill and 4CE should ride those coat tails. And if the drills on AVZ confirm what we all think.... then both AVZ and 4CE should explode upward.
