The two coys. are not comparable:
MCR has 62 million shares on issue and a MC of $44 million.
RRS has 1.8 billion shares on issue and a mc of $84 million.
The MC of RRS (not including the optionsS) already exceeds the mc of MCR.
It would take an extraordinar ann. for RRS to rise to the same level as MCR, but, since it will be rising (hopefully) from a much lower base it may reach the same level as MCR on a percentage basis.
