it all depends if someone doesn't want the oppies converted.......
keep the sp below 5 cents......
do a deal to underwrite the options at a cheaper strike price.......
no need to pay for them on market......
get a large stake in the company cheaper than buying on market......
don't ever think this type of deal doesn't happen!
