Obviously the % gain will be higher if the capital raising is done now as the shareprice might run if the news are good,the company knows already what is in the ground and if someone is taking a stake in the company,they will be aware as well,its only us that do not know the outcome....everyone looks for a bigger piece of the pie and if you can get the shares at a 35c to 40c placement,it is better than to get in at 50c,then again the company is the one that controls all of this,we have no say whatsoever,but I doubt very much that there will be a substantial holder taking a stake without knowing what thay are getting into.....always lot of games behind the scenes......rumours are 10m shares at anybody guess[price].
