    Please think about it simply,

    0.005 to 50,000

    common number is 5 ? so 1 would easily come to a conclusion that to move the decimal place over, a multiplication can only be a hole number 10,000,000 ??

    Please find the fact that defies my calculators division and multiplication functions.
