Pierpoint and his staff will do their research before thay print anything as silly as the things you say. IMH owns 20% of the factory but own 100% of the rest of the world. They do what most smart international companies do, bring in Chinese JV partners (including their Chinese director) let the Chinese arrange the manufacture cheaply in China, let the JV sell direct in China (where there will not be much margin so the other 80% isn't a lot anyway). They then buy the product from the JV at the lowest manufactured price possible in the world and make a big margin selling to US, Australia and Europe. IMH owns 100% of that profit, not 20%. All this is in their announcements and Annual Reports, just spend some time reading it and get it right.
