Probably right,at some point (and I suspect very soon)margin traders will be wiped out completely and the instos will have reapt a very large bounty from all of this.In all my years trading (some 20 odd) Ive never seen such continued mass selling of quality stocks,one comes to the conclusion that margin lending has more than a little to answer for here,yes Im aware of the old maxim of the Co making the T/O bid takes a hit to its share price whilst the prey runs up but this has gone waaaaay past that,in fact, I dont think BHP will be bidding for RIO at all anytime soon,make them sweat!
