BHP continues to flounder as no end in sight for base metal collapse. Ravensthorpe is a 2.8Billion white elephant. Same for the Alumina plant expansion near Bunbury. So the board pisses billions against-the-wall as they still think chinese demand is bigger than ever. Watch this SP sail straight through 32.50. If the AUD strengthens (which i expect) it will fall even furtrher. BHP's 'no hedging' policy was/is dumb. Only crude price will prevent bigger fall. They should dump the RIO takeover as Al esp vulnerable to price collapse.
