I guess the market , and certainly the former No1 shareholder with 60m shares (now 22m and falling) hold views contrary to yours Posty? Each to their own , but 'follow the smarties' often is the best policy...imo

Surprise is a very small 'potential' field a million miles from nowhere. The flowrates will not excite , even in the best case scenario. And then (as you say) there is the current management ... hardly reason for the stock to 'double' imo , but lets see , should know by next April (funds permitting)??
