You imply that I am calling their findings shaky, but it is clear that I am describing the premise of your post as shaky at best.
e.g. Point 2 relies on Point 1 being implemented and Point 3 relies on Points 1 and 2 being reality (by its own admission).

So in other words, if Point 1 is not implemented, then Points 2 and 3 cannot occur.
I would not describe your speculation as "3 key facts in play", perhaps your points are best described as "3 usc75 musings to consider", which would be fair enough, because I did actually consider what you were posting and I assume others have too.
