Quietly forgotten are 3 key facts in play:
1. Effectively 3 x Royal Commissions, with at least one RC recommending a constraint of max of 5% Equity for any shareholder; plus,

2. James Packer's interests hold approx. 37%. Given Point 1, Packer will be forced to sell all or all minus 5%; plus,

3. Given Points 1 & 2, with Blackstone already holding 9.99%, so it will also have to sell down rather than increase.

Q's: who wants 5% minority interest in Crown Casino's? Especially given Zero Mainland Chinese "Whales", UHNWI, HNWI etc?

SP Result: IMO, when above sinks in, SP will tank...
