Some small caps on PE below 5. BOL is one such company. This is despite plenty WIH in QLD and Pilbara. Today CSV had a TO offer at 70% premium to SP after bots drove SP down over past month. BOL's SP also at a very low level despite massive NTA due to vast number of cranes and tower movers. BOL had a TO offer of 53c around this time last year. I wonder if another TO will emerge? Small caps with exposure to resource boom will attract predators in my estimation.
