Taking a look at my earlier prediction it seems your reference to Phoenix " might not be the right city. Still complete speculation on my part.
I'm looking at University of Arizona, so Tuscon, the type of unversity it is, it's pharma connections and what it can do for both private/public companies and its ability to aid BOT in its synthesizing.
