Don't know who JJ Holdngs is, but from their behaviour it seems they are an INVESTOR rather than a SPECULATOR.
According to the Macquarie Dictionary,
INVEST = to put (money) to use, by purchase or expenditure, in something offering profitable returns, especially interest or income.
SPECULATE = someone engaged in commercial or financial speculation = trading in commodities, shares, etc., in the hope of profit from changes in the market price; engagement in business transactions involving considerable risk but offering the chance of large gains.
I'm firmly in the INVESTOR camp, and can live with the short-term noise generated by SPECULATORS !!
