Probably prep'ing in some way for the inevitable, shareholder-screwing, consolidation.
That cynical point noted - 6 million shares is $6,000 worth... so... my explanation is that someone else is throwing good money after bad!
CCE will NOT have anything or any value, and certainly not a wave generator, for at least 5 years but actually - I think they will NEVER have a wave generator. INstead they will announce some amazing new opportunity with blue sky markets for their "Machine Learning Proprietary Wave Optimiser" technology... and I'm not even joking!
