What part of the past three years is relevant? All of it. They still have no product. They are still in "research" (or is that their product?). They have measly income (from a project that was delivered late). It is just lipstick on a pig and will be until they actually deliver something. And after waiting for a long time I don't see that wait coming to an end anytime in the near future. CCE needs cash to develop something and no one in their right mind will touch them. Why would you?

it’s fair to say that a share consolidation will happen soon. I believe 150-1 on the first breath of good news. They’ll try and lift share price to 3c.
they will try to manipulate it on a runway of good news.
unfortunately this could be an investor trap as unless there is some revenue soon that 3 c will drop quickly again
