Microscopic peanuts in $ compared to what CCE spent and decade in time on it's toy buoys when you think about it.

Storm survival will be interesting in different settings as I remember the one on East coast becoming unstable and broke it's moorings. I am unsure if it was on sea floor or not.

Scale up will be interesting but they have previous failures of others to guide them.
Still wonder if they are using the downstroke vacume affect to avoid others old patents rather than for efficiency if that is what they are doing.

Just interesting to see a remote install and integration as it is pretty low risk and cost due to short run to shore
