Is it normal practice by companies to ignore the leaking of a very important document and not put out a memo to the media/market/shareholders either confirming or denying authenticity?

Would they not be in breach of ASX disclosure requirements? The so called "news" of the sales are now factored into the SP. So when the the announcement is released it will not affect the SP to much.

Its an interesting share to watch!
