will chesapeake take out ssn?

    Will BHP use Chesapeake to take out SSN, SSN are indeed in the company of the major Oil Companies and Oil Exploration Companies in the World. Their deal with Haliburton and their share equity of Cheasapeake on their shareholders register, makes me believe that Cheasapeake as a soon to be ownew by BHP will take them out. What price? an offer in my opinion could come in around $6.00 US or 30cents Aus, seems reasonable, what are your thoughts?
