After all hardly any country has representation, do they??
If any conflict occurs it would have to be with the tyrants and elite because it seems most peoples have little say in anything!!!
For example, if we where to start a war with USA, we wouldn't, but if we did we would have to bomb Washington, Virginia and maybe Wall street, because no one else has any say on any other matters
