Israel doesn't want to conquer Iran, it wants to severely impact it's nuclear & ballistic missile capabilities.
Given that Israel seems to be acting with a level of impunity over Iranian skies, it may very well be able to achieve it's goals.
It's very early, but Israel seems to be able to launch very successful aircraft sorties & drone attacks on specific targets. Iran's response at this stage seems to be sending waves of ballistic missiles, with only a handful impacting.
