I got out of this stock after following it and investing very heavilly in it since listing. I lost heaps, enough to buy a large new modern house outright but I just couldnt hold any longer. I have learnt my lesson about service companies like Neptune. There are much safer gambles on the market than companies like Neptune. I would have liked to have held my stock but the stress and disspointment was just too much. I know there are posters who are saying just forget the past and move on and I agree but also I do honestly feel we were misled by the board and that board still primarily exist. They were lucky to have survived but I am not confident they are yet out of the woods and if GFC2 ever comes along, NMS will certainly be looking down the barrel of gun again. Look at the announcements in relation to STS purchase where they said they were going to pay for STS mostly by cash but they changed their minds and went into debt. This is why I think NAB came down on them very hard. For once a BANK actually stood their ground because they could see where Neptune was headed and it wasnt good. You just cannot spend spend spend and then hope the market will turn for the better. STS purchase was Neptune's failing IMO - they should have completed a restructure of the business first after buying so many businesses and then thought about further acquisitions later.
